Love your site!!! I will definitely plan a weekend trip with my family. I just recently purchased a Tony the Pony for my sister as a surprise and it has brought back so many great memories. My older brother had the Great Garloo.

My Dad worked at Marx Toys in Erie, PA in the 50's and early 60's. I was the proud owner of a Marx Mobile in 1960. I don't know whatever happened to it, but it is one of my longest lasting memories!!
I did not know this site existed. I have many Marx Toy Train items(houses, buildings, cars, etc.) in my attic. They are all in the original boxes and sealed in the original plastic wrap. They have never been opened. I think they are from the 1950's and 1960's, but I'm not sure. They were given to me years ago from my Uncle. Maybe I'll bring them to the museum in Glen Dale and let you see them.
