To Contact Us:

Admission, Holiday Hours, Directions, Etc.
Please email the museum with any questions you might have regarding admission, holiday hours, directions, or other aspects of museum operation.  If you are visiting the area on a day that we are not scheduled to be open, call or email in advance to set up a private tour in the evening.  For regular museum hours and rates, check out the Museum Info page.

Group Tours
If you are interested in scheduling your group for a visit to the museum, please email us with the name of your group, the number of children and adults estimated to attend, the date and time you would like to attend, and any limitations or requests you might have.  Be sure to visit our Group Tours link for more information about group visits and rates.

Donations
The museum is dedicated to preserving the history, toys, and memories of Louis Marx & Co.  If you would like to make a financial donation or donate a toy or other article which could be incorporated into the museum, please contact the museum with details.  Your support is greatly appreciated and vital to our continued success.

Questions Regarding Marx Toys
If you are writing in regards to specific Marx toys, we will do our best to answer specific questions.  Be aware that Marx produced toys from the 1930's through the 1970's.  It would be impossible to be familiar with every Marx Toy ever made, and we would never claim such superior knowledge.  Keep in mind that sending an email with the name of the toy and requesting information on that piece is not truly asking a question, information on many of the Marx toys is very limited.  As a result, when you email the museum about a piece, please ask the questions that you would like to be answered...not just a simple request for information.

Questions Regarding Value
So many times we receive questions regarding the value of an item.  "The value of an item is whatever price two fools can agree on."  Also realize that the price of toys depends on many factors...completeness, box condition, toy condition, etc.  It is very difficult to price an item without actually seeing that piece in person.  As a result, our policy is to not address questions regarding value...

Remember, The Official Marx Toy Museum is owned and operated by a private collector with limits of his own experience in Marx Toys, we are in no way associated with the original Marx company and their endless amounts of information.  But as I said, we have always and will continue to do our best to answer your questions based on our experience and limited information.

Please understand that the museum receives a large volume of email.
We try to respond in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.
