From I-70 take I-470 when approaching Wheeling, West Virginia.  Take EXIT 1 - US 250/Route 2 South to Moundsville.  Turn left onto 7th Street in Moundsville.  Go two blocks and turn left onto Jefferson Avenue.  Turn Right at the 2nd Street stop sign.  Just ahead on your right. 

As a note:  The city of Glen Dale is immediately before the cit of Moundsville...Glen Dale also has a 7th St. and Jefferson Ave., this can be confusing...  As a way to determine your location, the speed limit in Glen Dale is 35 mph The speed limit in Moundsville is 40 mph...this is where you want to be!
